Hmm a little busy for the past few weeks, unable to share the pictures for the restaurants we went for Sky’s birthday.

Irodori Japanese Restaurant

We have the Ala Carte Buffet for $33++ per pax.

The service provided was great, they changed our “dirty” plates for almost every few dishes and they were rather attentive to our needs. Food wise was not too bad as well, if I did not remember wrongly, there are 108 items to choose from. The only “bad point” is that they do not have desert under the buffet.

North Border Bar & Grill is the next restaurant that we went for dinner on Sky actual day. The ambience very nice & relaxing, service was good. As for food, hmm I will only give an average grade (though reviews are great for them). Well maybe is because we did not order their speciality.

Father’s day – steamboat

We had our Father’s day celebration at home last Sunday. My dad is working as a taxi driver, so the weekend is like a golden time for him to make money. In order to be able to have a meal with him, we had decided to eat steamboat at home.

Other than celebrating Father’s day, we had an overseas guest, Tim. Tim is James’s colleague who will be stationed in Singapore for 2 months. As he has not try steamboat before 40 decided to invite him over to join us for the “experience”.

I am looking so “forward” to go home recently, wanted to see my little one so badly.

Ryan is given to us by 40’s friend Gary. Hmm we all know that he really can’t bear to part with him, but due to some personal reason…

There we are with dear Ryan.

How should I describe Ryan?

He is a very cute, playful, clever baby boy.

If you are angry with him, he will know what to do –

1^st look at you with his innocent pair of eyes

2^nd give you the guilty look (trust me, you won’t bear to scold him after this look)

3^rd circle around you to “beg” for your forgiveness

Last Sunday we went to a Doggy event – “Bark at the Park” with him…It is an animal fund raising event for the shelter dogs.

Ryan had a good chance to “get to know” many other dogs & had fun!

Fish Spa

Finally, I went to QianHu to have a try on the fish spa. Been wanted to go over since Jan, but was always pushed back due to 100 & 1 reasons.

There are two types of “pools” – one is for those normal small fishes that are for fish spa. The other one is for “big” fishes.

If you ask me, how “big” are the fishes? Hmm well, estimated around 20cm (I guess).

The fish spa cost $10 per half an hour; it will be a good experience to try it at least once.

Well, I did not really feel much when I first try the small fishes pool. I am not afraid of ticklish feeling at the bottom of my feet so it was fine for me. But for the “big” fishes pool, it was scary. Haha, imagine so many fishes coming your way to “eat” the skin on your feet. However, after a couple of tries, I can finally put my feet into the water without shouting for HELP. It was quite sensational initially; you can feel the fishes “eating” the skin on your feet.

After trying both, I think it will be more worth it to go for the big fishes pool.

Kelong Trip

Went to my 1st kelong trip with my family last weekend, it was a very enjoyable one.

The Kelong is located in I think eastern part of JB, we had charted a mini bus to fetch us from home to drive us to the jetty in Jb & took a 45min ferry ride to our destination – Hotboy Kelong.

There is nothing much to do there except for fishing & slacking around. Bear bear, XX & me are fishing practically for the whole day & the rest – 40, James, mummy, daddy & Sky playing mahjong all the way.

Relieve

I really do feel relieve at last.

After my months of slogging for my assignments & exams, I finally know what is “free”.

I am tired of burning my weekdays evening & whole of weekends for assignments.

& tired of rejecting any dates with friends or families (because of assignment again).

I am drained out………

Hmm I want to make full use of this holiday break before school starts again.

I just want to slack at home, watch TV, play sims, surf net, catch up with friends etc etc.

I want to be a slacker!!

How I wish I don’t have to work!!

Especially with those colleagues who practically wait for you to do everything.

From simple things like making a call to service a faulty copier or photocopying documents to every other things.

To make thing worse, a new Bxxx to “serve”

My existing Bxxx has not leave yet, so still have to do all his stuff & his preparation to go home.

Then the new one – is like an anxious spider.

Everything also ask, when he don’t know anything, he also don’t bother to figure out by himself.

Just open his mouth & ask me, expect me to help him to do everything.

I am just back from my leave (exam) & is trying hard to clear my backlog & there he is to “make” me more busy.

Anyone tell me what to do!!!!!
